Throat cancer survivors sing to give thanks, encourage others Five cancer survivors stepped up to the microphones Tuesday at Baylor All Saints Medical Center in Fort Worth. About 300 people waited to hear the North Texas Laryngectomy Choir. view full article Five outstanding NTLS choir members proudly represented our organization by singing "What a Wonderful World" to an audience of ~300 cancer survivors and supporters on June 5th! Their performance was greeted with a standing ovation and I couldn't be more proud!! Their outstanding effort was also covered by channel WFAA! Congratulations on an outstanding job and thank you so very much for representing NTLS so well!! NTLS members shared their ideas on how to best educate the world on the special needs and abilities of laryngectomees. Ideas for education and community awareness were exchanged as members shared their own experiences and thoughts. |
